Freshers is VERY busy meaning people without an Official Wristband have to queue for a long time and are unable to get into many events due to capacity reasons.

A: Of course! You must request your refund before Monday 18th August by emailing charlie@coolitevents.com / adam@coolitevents.com . All wristbands after this date are non refundable.

Q: 🤔 SOMEONE ELSE HAS PURCHASED MY WRISTBAND FOR ME – DOES THIS MATTER?

A: No it does not – we know that friends/ parents may have purchased your wristband! Just bring your ticket bar code along when you come to collect.

Q: 🤔 WHERE DO I COLLECT MY OFFICIAL WRISTBAND?

A: Wristband collection info will be sent out to you via SMS. Wristbands will be available to collect from Sunday 14th September – Tuesday 16th September. If for whatever reason you wish to collect after this date, please contact us to arrange!
